I am an International C - Level Executive with over 35 years of Leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, General Management, Retail Channel Management, Operations and Organizational Design. My proven people leadership along with strong communication skills, coupled with a transparent style of management, I have consistently increased value with targeted goals and measured success.  I have a great passion for the Business Leadership and thoroughly enjoy the challenges inherent in today's competitive landscape and Global economy.  

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, our family has enjoyed five successful relocations to date from our home market of Boston, MA. to Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, New York, NY, The Hague, NL and Oakville, ON, Canada. With each new assignment I have been able to manage each transition with poise and confidence both personally and professionally. My ability to integrate into various departments and Operating Companies within a multi-National company has served me well as a citizen of the world. The desire to adapt quickly into new and foreign environments has strengthened my confidence and maximized my ability to lead while balancing both home and professional life.

A devoted Husband to my Wife Susan of 34 years and loving Father to Kathryn, Sean and Gillian. Our strong family values have served us well as we have enjoyed all of life's travels and expatriate assignments. Extraordinary family experiences in the United States, Europe and Canada, together with our strong New England ties, have allowed us to live life to the fullest and enjoy every new experience and challenge to the fullest, while maintaining important connections to our family roots. With a growing family and a need to settle, we became Canadian Citizens in 2013 for our well traveled children. Having Dual Citizenship has enriched my life and the experience of identifying with my adopted home Country as an Immigrant has allowed be to expand my horizons and expand my life experiences.

 

An avid Sailor, with a passion for Soccer, Football & Ice Hockey throughout my youth, I enjoy the physical challenge and the emotional commitment to team work and competition. These experiences have served me well in my business pursuits and it has allowed me to draw on my athletic experiences on the field and apply them to reaching business goals and objectives. I enjoy a social life with friends and family, along with a strong sense of faith and commitment to Community and charitable causes.
