Executive Coaching
Group Mentor at CEO Global Network
As a C- Level Executive with Global experience, I know first hand the challenges and pit falls to leading organizations, reporting to a Board and meeting the demands of Shareholders. With a passion for Leadership and understanding the need to stay sharp and becoming a better Leader but more importantly knowing that all great Leaders need a Mentor.

I would not be where I am today if I did not have excellent Mentors, Role Models and the direct support from my Executive Coach. Having been through 20 years of C- Level Management, countless sleepless nights, traveling overnight to Europe to present to the Executive Board or having to restructure my Organizations to improve margins and EBITDA. I have sat in the seat and I have walked in those shoes of all great Leaders before me.

During some of the most challenging times during my career, it was my Mentors and Executive Coach who I reached out to for that crucial and confidential support. They guided me and supported me through some of my most difficult decisions and some of my lowest moments as a Leader. The old cliche of "it's lonely at the top" is very real and accurate. When faced with making strategic decisions or when the Board is asking for improved margins, better cash flow or increased revenue, I always needed a sounding board to make sure that I had reviewed all options and made the right and or best decision. Those moments is where I needed my Mentor and Executive Coach the most.
When you are charged with the responsibility of leading and growing an organization, it is impossible to do it alone. Although I had an Executive Team that where responsible for their functional departments, it is the CEO / President that has the final say. Having an Executive Coach and Mentor is critical if you are going to be a successful Leader and deliver the results that are consistently your top priority. Having someone in "your corner" and constantly improving your leadership skills, asking the tough questions or vetting your strategic thinking; this is what Executive Coaching is all about. Great Leaders understand this and seek a Mentor who can make them better, improve their personal lives and allow them to become that Trusted Advisor who has walked in their shoes.

I have been there and I can help. I am passionate about Leadership and making my Clients better leaders is what I do best.
